Welcome to Math 8
Today is about getting started and understanding how math will work in this class. This is not a test. The focus is on thinking, explaining, and working together.
Course Overview
Math 8 focuses on building strong number sense, algebraic thinking, and problem-solving skills. You will work with integers, algebra, geometry, data, and real-world contexts.
Explaining your thinking and learning from mistakes are key parts of this course.
